The specific services provided to each client are detailed in a Statement of Work (SOW) executed by both parties, which is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA). These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and are supplemental to any MSA or SOW you enter into with us.

2. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or its underlying systems. All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the intellectual property of ALB Learning unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

3. Booking and Communications

When you book a complimentary strategy call through our website, you agree to provide accurate contact information. We use this information solely to communicate with you about your inquiry and our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Booking a call does not create a client relationship; that relationship begins only upon execution of a signed SOW and MSA.

4. Client Engagements and Payment

All client engagements are governed by a Master Services Agreement and one or more Statements of Work. Payment terms, including monthly subscription fees, annual prepay discounts, and add-on service rates, are defined in the applicable SOW. We invoice clients directly via email. Payment is accepted through ACH transfer to our business bank account. Invoices are due according to the terms specified in the SOW. Late payments may be subject to a service charge as set forth in your agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom training content created by us for you under a SOW becomes your property for internal use. We retain ownership of all pre-existing materials, templates, methodologies, and tools used to deliver our services. You retain ownership of your data, including employee information and training records stored within the LMS.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms, including Coursebox for LMS delivery and various scheduling and communication tools. While we select these partners with care, we are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or data practices of these third-party services. Your use of the LMS platform is subject to Coursebox's own terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALB Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We provide our website and services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from training. Every effort is made to deliver high-quality, professional services, but results depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Termination

For website use, you may stop using our site at any time. For client engagements, termination terms are defined in your MSA and SOW. Generally, either party may terminate with the notice period specified in the applicable agreement.
